Raised in Albuquerque, NM, Pastor Shay responded to the gospel a the age of 7 and has been following God’s call since then. Over the past 18 years, he has servied in churches across Florida, Alabama, New Mexico and Colorado. Before previously serving as a pastor at Calvary Albuquerque and Calvary Worship Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in August 2024, he was called to become the lead pastor at Foothills Calvary in Lakewood, Colorado. 

Pastor Shay is passionate about teaching God’s Word and seeing lives trasformed throuigh the power of the Gospel. He’s also blessed to be married to his wonderful wife, Kristy and together they have two amazing kids.
